This is an AAU sanctioned weightlifting competition for adult male and female athletes. Open division athletes are required to participate in at least one of the previous Florida AAU Weightlifting tournaments held in 2023 to qualify for this event. Registration closes Friday, September 15th.

Spectators: $10
Categories: Bench Press and Clean & Jerk (Traditional); Snatch and Clean & Jerk (Olympic)
Divisions (FL HS Weight Classes): Open males and Open females
Weigh Ins: 8:30 - 10am or Friday (night before) 6:00 - 7:30 pm (must weigh-in in singlets)
Platforms Open for Warm Up: 10:00am
Lifting Begins: 10:30
All participants must show current AAU membership at weigh-ins (play.aausports.org)
As stated above, all athletes must weigh-in wearing a singlet. Athletes must also compete in singlets.
Awards: 1st—3rd place for each weight class
All rules and commands (roll ups, lock outs, belts, jewelry, etc.) will be strictly enforced during lifts. Athletes will be allowed a max of 3 weigh ins. If an athlete does not make weight, the cost to re-register and bump up a weight class is $10.
