This is an AAU sanctioned weightlifting competition for female and male high school student athletes. Weightlifters who finished 1st or 2nd in the FHSAA weightlifting state tournament are automatically invited. 3rd place finishers are waitlisted until April 14th. Registration opens March 24th.
